Can I change programs at any time?

After your training program begins, you can upgrade or change your program anytime. Contact us to get the process started.

Do my sessions expire?

Yes. On all programs the sessions expire at the end of each month.

How do I cancel my program?

Contact us. We will get you the paperwork needed to request a cancellation.

How often should I exercise?

For most people, once a week is highly recommended. The intensity of this program will save you time during your week, by giving you back 3-5 hours a week. Some may benefit from twice a week. Please consult with the training staff about your fitness goals, and we will recommend the best program for you.
